PERINATAL LOSS
|
The loss of a pregnancy or a baby is a deeply painful experience that is often lived in silence. Each person goes through grief in their own way, and many times those around them do not know how to offer support or may minimize what has happened, which can make the pain feel even more lonely.
Psychological support in perinatal grief offers a safe space where you can talk about your loss, give space to the emotions that arise, and move through this process at your own pace. I can support you if you are going through situations such as:
|
- Feelings of sadness, anger, guilt or emptiness after your loss.
- Difficulties sharing what you are going through with those close to you.
- Differences in how grief is experienced within the couple.
- Fear or anxiety about the possibility of a new pregnancy after the loss.
My work as a perinatal psychologist is to accompany you with respect and sensitivity through this process, helping you hold the pain and integrate the experience into your own story.
