Groups and workshops
During the transition to motherhood, so many changes happen in such a short time that sometimes we need to strengthen or develop new skills to help us navigate this stage with greater well-being. It’s essential to learn how to take care of ourselves while caring for those who depend on us. In these spaces, we explore strategies to improve quality of life, open ourselves to new ways of facing challenges, and promote personal growth. Groups and workshops also provide a valuable opportunity to share experiences and feel supported by others in similar situations, always in a welcoming and non-judgmental environment. Each group and workshop is designed based on the needs and interests of the individuals I accompany.
